The Longship is the perfect alternative for two paddlers, or when you want to take your dog packrafting. The long waterline ensures great directional stability and the design gives the packraft a great balance. You can use it for crossing water and rivers, or just to get out fishing. The Longship is can be used in the sea, on larger lakes, in mountain lakes, and in calm rivers. Longship is incredibly easy to use, even for those who have no experience with canoes or kayaks. You have a very stable sitting position and have plenty of room for both yourself, your co-paddler and your gear. The Longship is designed for the Norwegian mountains and therefore handles rough use.
If you are looking to save weight, the seat, backrest can be temporarily removed.
The Norseraft Longship is delivered with a standard touring spraydeck for one person. This is a spraydeck that is easy to use, and that gives great protection against harsh weather conditions. If you want to leave the spraydeck at home to save weight it is easily removed. You can also roll and attach the spraydeck in the front area of the packraft to get some extra air on a hot summer day.
All Norseraft Packrafts are handmade from TPU coated Nylon material, specifically manufactured to our requirements. The material is UV-resistant, abrasion-resistant, flexible at low temperatures, and in general just really tough. The tubes are made of 210D Nylon with a TPU coating on the outside. The floor is made of 420D Nylon with a TPU coating on both sides.
Norseraft Packrafts have seams that are both sewn and welded, making them stronger than the material itself. Each Packraft is handmade by skilled workers with state-of-the-art production equipment. Seams are taped where applicable to avoid leaks.

Easily packable, lightweight and very stable small adventure vessel. Compared to inflatable kayak, which i had earlier, this one has only one drawback - kayak glides better and steers better due to lengthwise ribbing, but other than that it's almost perfect.
Snabb leverans och utomordentlig support. Även om jag först erhöll fel pacraft byttes den snabbt ut till rätt modell. Då jag beställde sent i höst har det bara blivit en testtur. Så även om en utförlig recension inte är rimlig så känns det ändå som att jag valt rätt modell, med gott om plats för ben (Jag är 185cm) och praktiskt att rymmas med packning i båten istället för ovanpå. Genomgående god kvalitet och raften upplevs inte för lång att hantera i lungt vatten. Enda negativa är justeringen av stängningen för spraycover mot överkropp, som kunde vart mer genomtänkt så den är lättare att få tight passning. Men det kommer inte påverka paddlingen nämnvärt då jag inte är ute efter en raft för vitvatten/fors. Den kommer mestadels användas i sjö och lugnare fjäll-åar. Har god erfarenhet av kanadensare och havskajak, men det här blir något nytt att testa. Förhoppningen är att ta med den på en längre tur till Yukon 2024. Raften känns prisvärd och supporten trygg, kan bara ge en god rekommendation till detta:)
