The Viking is a versatile Packraft and can be used in the sea, on larger lakes, in mountain lakes, and in moderate rivers. The Viking is incredibly easy to use, even for those who have no experience with canoes or kayaks. You have a very stable sitting position and have plenty of room for both yourself and your backpack. The Viking is designed for the Norwegian mountains and therefore handles rough use.
If you are looking to save weight, the seat, backrest, and spraydeck can be temporarily removed.
The Norseraft Viking is delivered with a standard touring spraydeck. This is a spraydeck that is easy to use, and that gives great protection against harsh weather conditions. If you want to leave the spraydeck at home to save weight it is easily removed. You can also roll and attach the spraydeck in the front area of the packraft to get some extra air on a hot summer day.
All Norseraft Packrafts are handmade from TPU coated Nylon material, specifically manufactured to our requirements. The material is UV-resistant, abrasion-resistant, flexible at low temperatures, and in general just really tough. The tubes are made of 210D Nylon with a TPU coating on the outside. The floor is made of 840D Nylon with a TPU coating on both sides.
Norseraft Packrafts have seams that are both sewn and welded, making them stronger than the material itself. Each Packraft is handmade by skilled workers with state-of-the-art production equipment. Seams are taped where applicable to avoid leaks.

**To measure your sitting length, please sit down with your back against the wall and your legs extended. Please wear the shoes you intend to use for paddling while measuring from the wall to your heel. Your measured sitting length should be equal to or less than the sitting length provided in this table. This will give you a relaxed sitting position and the possibility to fully extend your legs.

Veldig fornøyd med packraften! Kan anbefales varmt! To ting trekker dessverre litt ned. Har liten lekasje i søm ved spruttrekk, og det burde ha vært bærehåndtak på innsiden av packraften. Det hadde gjort det enklere å bære packraften alene.
Veldig fornøyd med de 2 båtene vi kjøpte. Stødige, tåler mye og gode å bruke. Minuset er hvor lite vind som skal til før de blir veldig tunge å styre.
Veldig fornøyd med min norseraft viking! Utrolig lett og bære med seg på tur, har flere ganger bare tatt den underarmen med fiske utstyr å gått 30 min til et fiskevann uten problem.
Det var produksjonfeil på den jeg kjøpte i fjor og de var utroligbehjelpelig med å finne feilen. Da det ble fremvist lekkasje grunnet produksjonsfeil fikk jeg en ny med engang. For en service!
